This policy explains when refunds may be issued for digital purchases.
Digital Product Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final once the guide has been accessed or downloaded.
Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
- Duplicate payments
- Failure to receive access due to a technical issue
- Significant error in the product description
Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Failure to read the product description
- Situations where the guide has already been downloaded and used

Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method via our payment provider.
